INTERACTIVE DEMOS
Three self-initiated applications built around real operational questions. Open a demo, choose a role, and complete the workflow. Each uses synthetic data and can be reset.

THREE WAYS TO MOVE FORWARD
Build something new, connect what you already use, or improve an existing application. The starting point is a defined business need.
Your team has outgrown spreadsheets, email approvals, or a tool that does not fit the workflow.
People are re-entering information or moving data between systems by hand.
An application needs a reliable fix, a specific feature, or a clearer path to maintenance and deployment.

A CLEAR WAY TO WORK TOGETHER
Discuss the users, current process, systems, and exceptions. Identify the problem the project should solve.
Agree scope, assumptions, acceptance criteria, review points, and deliverables before implementation.
Review working software and test business rules, permissions, saved data, and failure cases.
Deliver the agreed source, setup and deployment documentation. Define support and further work in writing.
AI tools may assist with research, implementation, and testing. Itzhak remains responsible for reviewing the work, testing the agreed workflows, and explaining the result.

FOUNDER-LED DELIVERY
Methodspire is led by Itzhak Shaul, a Senior Full Stack Architect & Developer with approximately 30 years of experience in software development and business systems.
He helps businesses develop, modernize, and maintain information systems, SaaS platforms, and web and mobile applications. His work spans complex databases, API integrations, custom automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
From joining an existing codebase to diagnosing complex issues and improving performance, Itzhak connects technical decisions with the workflow you need to improve. His background includes insurance and financial systems, reporting, retail software, and applications connected to operational hardware.
Each engagement starts with clear scope and acceptance criteria. AI-assisted development is paired with his technical oversight, code review, workflow testing, and documented handover.

BEFORE WE START
Yes. A project can begin with an existing application, a specific defect, or a feature you need to add. The first step is to review the relevant code, setup, and behavior, then define the change and how it will be tested. A focused improvement can be the entire engagement.
Yes. A focused fix, one integration, one workflow, or an initial milestone can be a practical starting point. We define the boundaries, deliverables, and acceptance criteria so you can review working software before deciding on further development.
An estimate depends on scope, the condition of existing software, the systems involved, and access to the information needed for delivery. The proposal sets out the work, assumptions, dependencies, and expected schedule. If an uncertainty needs investigation first, that work is scoped explicitly.
Changes are discussed in terms of what they add or replace and how they affect cost, timing, and acceptance criteria. Any resulting scope adjustment is agreed before the additional work proceeds. Regular reviews help identify those decisions while work is in progress.
Methodspire is based in Israel and works remotely with U.S. and international clients. Communication channels, review points, and availability are agreed for the engagement. Working demonstrations and written decisions keep the project clear between meetings.
We agree which systems and permissions the work requires before connecting to them. Where practical, development and testing use a separate environment with appropriate sample data. Credentials and server-side secrets are kept out of client code and source files. Access and data-handling requirements are part of the project scope.
Source-code ownership, third-party licensing, and handoff materials are agreed in writing. Depending on scope, the handoff includes source code, setup instructions, deployment documentation, and notes on system dependencies. These deliverables are defined before implementation begins.
The engagement defines what happens after handoff, including any agreed correction period, ongoing maintenance, or further development. Support scope and availability are set out explicitly. Hosting, monitoring, and third-party services are included only when part of the agreement.
